I have had my pillows for 1 year now and they are even better than brand new. It's funny how my husband's pillow is fluffier than mine. Which I prefer. Super soft and fluffy. The inflation quickly and for a little extra fluff just beat them up a bit. They don't provide much support as they feel like you're laying on a marshmallow and you just sink into them. They have a nice shape that holds up. Just wish they had some more support so I didn't have to fold it up when I sleep. They do stay cool and we all love the cool side of the pillow, especially when it's hot out.
